Enable event logs and view in Grafana

The goal is to ensure that the all events in Superset are getting logged and send them to Grafana dashboard. The current state of logging in superset is that the logs are getting logged in the DB.

Need to research on:

1. What events are getting logged in Superset currently?

2. Do we need to log any additional events?

3. How to send the log files to the grafana dashboard?
